Smart Working Training is a  “facilitator” of the soft skills interfacing with the smart working experiment in the company and with the introduction of organisational novelties. The subjects covered by  the training course offered are: the approval and conviction of the managers, trust given to collaborators, skills in the use of the collaboration tools onsite and from a distance, time management competences, objectives, and assumption of responsibility and behaviour aimed also at protecting one’s own security..


The targets involved are: the HR and strategic managers such as IT, communication, real estate, training, development, compensation&benefits, industrial relations; the smart workers themselves; and the managers.

Smart Working Training allows the company to make the experiment effective and subsequently the systems set up in the new work procedure.

It is the training module addressing the professionals of the HR Community, whose job is to support continual change and development of the company, taking on the most strategic organisational roles also suitable to support the managers in helping collaborators concretise their own potential. The training module, on the basis of the composition and number of participants, can be configured as both an introductory moment to help participants get to know and be aware of the smart working characteristics. It can also serve as a collective boot camp to extend one’s knowledge of the organisation compared to one’s own initial corporate culture, and become internal promoters of the flexible work initiatives, supporting and targeting a widespread coaching activity to obtain the approval of the entire organisation.


Smart Manager Training

The training module addresses all types of managers operating in the company, from the top level to the middle managers, since the management – in moments of transition and change– are the critical organizational factors in the success or failure of the flexible work implementation. The training module, on the basis of the composition and number of participants, can be seen as the introductory moment in helping participants get to know and be aware of the smart working implementation procedures, and also as a boot camp for reflection and construction of guidelines for the entire organisation.


Smart Worker Training

Smart working is a path of total change, which involves everyone, from the leaders to the collaborators of a company. The worker who is used to traditional but also consolidated organisational mechanisms and the performance of their own work – in flexible arrangements – will find themselves facing the possibility, but also the responsibility to self-manage themselves in the professional procedures, objectives and results, and thus become the architects of their own

work-life balance.

Given the intrinsic innovation feature of smart working, the workers have to be supported in the process of change and be aware of the advantages as well as the organisational and personal implications which a “flexible” work regime entails.  The training intended for the smart workers can be seen as a learning moment, but also of empowerment of the resources that will have to be smart in organizing their own life-work, and really appraise their own potential.
